20th Anniversary Fundraiser

Duniya Dance and Drum Company is fiscally sponsored by Dancers' Group.

We’re aiming to raise $40,000 by the end of 2026—thank you for your support!

For 20 years, our mission has been to honor traditional art forms, foster cultural exchange, promote social justice, and build community.

Looking ahead to 2027, we plan to expand our reach through:

The premiere of Blue Gold, a new interdisciplinary dance and music work exploring indigo’s global histories—connecting colonization, slavery, resistance, and climate justice. We will be hosting an indigo dyeing workshop in conjunction with the performance to connect with the community. Research trips are also planned for this project.
Hosting a free workshop series throughout the year.
Continuing to serve over 10,000 students in Bay Area schools and summer camps.
Celebrating our 20th Anniversary with a company mixer for our community members, donors, and artists.
