About this campaign
PowerMoves is on a mission to build a more civil, just and inclusive society by helping people who are moving find communities where they will be happy, safe, and welcome – and where their votes will be powerful.
Tens of thousands of Americans are leaving states hostile to reproductive healthcare in order to live in states where they can access the health care they need, want and deserve.
Similarly, tens of thousands of LGBTQ+ Americans and their families are leaving states where they don't feel safe or welcome anymore.
PowerMoves has been founded to advance the well-being of these and other at-risk movers while simultaneously strengthening our democracy by helping them to choose new homes in toss-up districts where their votes will be extra impactful.
