Many of you reading this have sat in a circle with me and touched something beautiful: connection, clarity, and unconditional love, a new perspective on life. You know what it is to carry a kind of weight that can’t be explained at a dinner table. You also know what it feels like to come home to yourself and to truth—when clarity returns, your nervous system settles, and your heart opens with love and wisdom. Those shifts change how you see, how you listen, how you speak, how you live, how you love, and how you lead. And they keep rippling outward.

You’ve heard, and sung, “the way knows the way.” By now, it’s something your body remembers. More acceptance of what is. More patience with the unfolding. More steadiness in uncertainty. More trust as you navigate complexity.

The same wisdom of the way has guided me here—to this clarity: to scale this offering so more people, especially those carrying great responsibility, have the inner support and community needed to shape a better future for all of us.
About five years ago, I entered my first chapter by building an initial nonprofit with a team of thirteen—creating a home for consciousness work that served people across a wide spectrum, from leaders and professionals to those navigating deep mental health challenges and marginalization. That chapter gave me the protocol, the experience, and the deep trust and commitment,

Then I stepped into a second chapter. For over the last two years, I’ve been doing this work largely on my own. And organically, the work moved upstream. More impact-driven leaders found their way here:I felt the excitement of what was possible—and I also felt the cost. Burnout. Depletion. The quiet question of whether I could keep offering something so sacred and precious without it costing my health and life force.

Now I’m here, in the third chapter: establishing Zhen Institute. Because of you. Because of the support and responsibility I felt. Because of the readiness in this community. So many of you have voiced your belief in this work and your willingness to help—and that gave me the courage to create real structure so this gift can be held with excellence, integrated over time, and scaled without losing its soul.

Together, we can make this transformation accessible, sustainable, and regenerative— So here I am, practicing asking for support. We are living through a convergence of crises—ecological, technological, cultural, psychological. The people making our most consequential decisions are often isolated, exhausted, and carrying more than any human was designed to hold alone.

Zhen Institute works at the root. We cultivate a high-trust community where leaders support one another through transformative experiences and co-create responses to humanity’s most urgent challenges from alignment, depth, and integrity. We integrate modern science, ancient wisdom, and rigorous research so transformation becomes embodied, scalable, and lasting.

Until now, I'm doing this work mostly alone, facilitating the retreats, holding the integration calls, nurturing the community connections, and managing operations. And while the transformation is real and powerful, I know the depletion and burnout I'm operating from, I know the quality of care, integration, and community support that’s possible but not existing yet—because we don't have the resources and capacity to create and provide it.

There are people who complete a retreat and then slowly return to old patterns without ongoing support to integrate what they've discovered. There's a community of extraordinary people who should be connecting, collaborating, supporting each other—but we don't have the infrastructure to activate that potential. There are integration programs, follow-up offerings, and depth of care that I know would multiply the impact—but I can't build them alone.
