Promoting a wider culture of reading, civic values, and critical thinking that is equitable, just, and accessible to all, Community Reads is a project of the nonprofit Social Good Fund. Our mission is to support literary and community programs, and expand access to authors, books and reading in central Pennsylvania and beyond.

Thanks to a multi-year grant that covers our administrative and set-up costs, 100% of your contribution will go directly to supporting our charitable outreach activities, including gifts of books to qualifying individuals, and hosting free public programs and community book discussions. Your charitable, tax-deductible credit card donation to Social Good Fund’s Community Reads Project is processed online by Mazlo.
