Operation KidDocs https://operationkiddocs.org/ is an organization that is currently travels on a reoccurring basis to the Moore Center for Pediatric Surgery in Guatemala City, donating approximately 150-200 surgeries annually to provide the same exceptional pediatric surgical care we deliver in Austin Texas. We look toward the future to expand our care globally as we continue to refine our mission goals. Our group is a collection of dedicated Pediatric Surgeons, PA's Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, Registered Nurses, CSTs and Child Life Practioners that began this kindness journey in 2011. We started fundraising by selling breakfast tacos and then also with the generous seed support of George Strait and Los Lobos. Our organization is 100%---A Volunteer Association!! We do not have a CEO, CFO or anybody else getting paid, other than working with an amazing group of dedicated Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists and other volunteers that give their time and effort on this heartfelt mission to make a difference for the children we care for. Please help us to continue this undertaking by giving your support to our biannual missions. Fundraising is REALLY hard and admittedly not what we do best. We are 501c tax-exempt organization, so any gift may be considered a tax-deductible donation.
