About this campaign

Tonight, a young mother may be wondering where she and her baby will sleep. A father may be trying to keep his children safe without a home to bring them to. An expectant parent may be preparing for a new life while struggling to meet the most basic needs.

These families deserve more than another night of uncertainty. They deserve an opportunity to regain their footing, build stability, and raise their children in a safe, loving home. When housing, food, childcare, and healthcare are out of reach, pressures can deepen. Parents may feel forced to depend on unsafe living arrangements. Children can face disruption, and families already navigating
a safety crisis may face separation.

What if our community could step in earlier? What if a safe place to stay and the right support could help a family remain safely together while they build a home of their own?

That is the bridge Hope's Home Community Corp is working to create.

Rooted in our Christian faith, HHCC is inviting our community to help establish transitional homes in Palm Beach and Broward counties for pregnant women, young mothers, fathers, and their children. These homes will give families a place to rest, rebuild, and take meaningful steps toward independence. Keeping children safe. Supporting families together.

Foster care provides essential protection when children cannot safely remain at home. Separation can also mean changes in caregivers, schools, routines, and familiar relationships. Some children experience changes in placement, and siblings may be placed apart. When a family can remain safely together with practical support, we want to help make that possible.

Our vision is to help interrupt preventable crises by addressing the pressures that leave families vulnerable: housing instability, food insecurity, limited childcare, difficulty accessing care, and barriers to employment. By strengthening families earlier, we can contribute to the community's prevention efforts alongside child welfare and family-service providers.

We will seek partnerships with DCF, community-based care agencies, and other providers to support safe family preservation and, where appropriate, reunification. Child safety will guide every step. A home today. A stronger footing for tomorrow. Within our homes, families will receive safe transitional housing, food and essentials, individualized guidance, parenting and fatherhood support, and connections to healthcare, childcare, education, employment, counseling, and community resources.

We will help parents prepare for their own homes through budgeting, savings, housing navigation, move-out assistance, and continued connection after they leave. Parents will remain active participants in setting their goals and building their family's future. This is a continuing commitment. As families move into independent homes, other families will have an
opportunity to begin. Ongoing sponsorship will keep the homes welcoming and the support available.

Hope's Home Community Corp | Residential Sponsorship Campaign is backed by the community makes this possible. Businesses, churches, foundations, neighbors, and community partners each have something to offer. Sponsor a home. Donate a home. Donate a car. Support family services. Give monthly. Donate essentials. Share your professional skills or help us find a suitable property.
Together, we can create more opportunities for children to grow up safely with the people who love them, and for parents to build the stability they are working toward.

Let's keep children safe, families connected, and a path home within reach.
