Aid on the Hill (AOTH) is a grassroots nonpartisan initiative founded in February 2025 in Washington, D.C. It grew out of a network of former aid professionals and international development advocates concerned about the dismantling of U.S. foreign assistance capacity and the need for stronger citizen education and congressional engagement.
Aid on the Hill Education serves as the educational and research arm of the Aid on the Hill network. It focuses on research, civic education, and nonpartisan learning initiatives that deepen understanding of how U.S. development and humanitarian programs operate and why they matter.
