Join our community to support more BIPOC participation at acro events!

The BIPOC Acro Collective Care Ecosystem (aka BACCES) is a collective of folks that are passionate about radical inclusion. As part of our mission, we will work with event organizers to improve accountability and inclusion practices so that acro spaces feel more welcoming to BIPOC folks. Additionally, we will raise funds to support more BIPOC attendance at acro events by providing free tickets and travel stipends.

- A one-time donation of $300 provides a festival entry for one person
- A one-time donation of $200 provides a travel stipend to attend an acro festival
- A one-time donation of $500 provides a more *realistic* travel stipend!
- Get 10 friends together and donate $30 each to provide a BIPOC buddy with entry to an acro festival
- Host a jam in your community and share the proceeds with this project



Financial tenets:

-At least 75% of annual budget will go directly to BIPOC recipients
-Additional funds will go towards project support staff and BIPOC festival planning (mix of BIPOC and white allies)
-A BIPOC led advisory board will make all award recipient decisions BACCES is fiscally sponsored by Independent Arts & Media, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building community through media and the arts. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
