About this campaign
Body Economy is a participatory performance-installation for fifty audience members and ten institutional budgets. The work is the next installment in Rebecca Fitton’s series of ‘finance dances’ which to date have interrogated and embodied the ethics of fiscal sponsorship (“Best Practices,” 2021) and budget transparency (“approval process,” 2024). The work is currently in the research/ideation stage and development will begin in January 2025.
