Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Care for Canines:
Care for Canines provides support to veterinary professionals and animal welfare advocates worldwide to educate communities, deliver preventative healthcare, and implement spay/neuter programs to reduce the overwhelming, preventable overpopulation of unwanted, stray, and abandoned dogs, while promoting adoption for dogs already in need of care.
The organization is new, however, I am not. I was raised by a pack of Siberian Huskies in Connecticut and have been a Dog Stalker all of my life. Working in Afghanistan since 2007, I fell in with the Dog Care crowd. Forward to 2026, it was time to go to the dogs full time. I have become an official Representative of OIPA (international organization for animal protection. Care for Canines is working with the Animal Welfare Organizations in Afghanistan to control & reduce the stray dog population, as well as shift cultural perceptions, we are creating a network in the USA to facilitate affordable preventative health care & spay/neuter services.
