Doña Lupita
by Doña Lupita
About this campaign
A devoted grandmother on the Texas border faces the threat of deportation. But Doña Lupita Villarreal, a long-time migrant farmworker, fights back with resilience and grit, determined to become a U.S. citizen. Guiding Doña Lupita is her daughter, a civil rights activist committed to getting out the vote.
Doña Lupita is a fiscally sponsored project of International Documentary Association (EIN: 95-3911227).
