THE FILM
An approaching asteroid convinces seven post-grads the world is ending, sending them into an existential spiral with deadly consequences. One chaotic, terrifying, and beautiful weekend none of them planned for. Part dark comedy, part psychological thriller, part coming-of-age story.
THE TEAM
DOOMERS is written and produced by Noah Eisenstein and Isaac Mandel, with Zack Weiner (Bad Shabbos) attached as producer, Shoshana Ehrenkranz directing, and Benjy Berkowitz as Director of Photography. We shoot in Sherman, CT this summer, 2026.
WHY NOW
Something is off. We all feel it. Like sometime recently, reality went off-script, and we are left witnessing the slow destruction of the world, unsure if it's inevitable… or all our fault.
Doomers is a film about what it's like to be alive in a time that keeps getting stranger. It's a film for anyone who has ever stood at the edge of their own life and wondered what comes next. That is, at one point or another, all of us. Everyone has their asteroid.
