DREAMLIFE - Short Film Campaign

by Studio Ette

About this campaign

Over the course of one summer night, Sadie and Jim test the limits of open and monogamous relationships, exposing how and why we maintain our boundaries – and what changes when we explore outside the lines.

dreamlife is an opportunity to reflect on the spectrums of intimacy and how our romantic desire speaks to a more global need to feel safe excavating and expressing our wants and needs. The short film asks: how might open relationship and monogamy serve as a metaphor for the larger conversations society is having around gender roles and performance, about how women and men are “supposed” to be? The questions and complexities of sex, love and partnership are universal. This short film explores the contours of those inquiries through story and visual language, and opens up an evergreen and timely dialogue about satisfaction as liberation.

We are seeking support to bring this film over the finish line! We have Executive Producer, Co-Executive Producer and Special Thanks credits available. For Company Presentation and In Association With credits, please reach out to hello@jessjacobs.com and view the deck here.
