The FOCUS WV program is an innovative community-based residential family care model designed to reduce the number of children entering or remaining in foster care by addressing the root causes of family separation. Grounded in attachment based, trauma informed and recovery, orientated practices, the program provides intensive, on site therapeutic services, addiction, recovery, support, and comprehensive case management within a safe, supportive family, residential environment.
