Let There Be Light: A Future for Every Child (Founding Campaign)
by Let There Be Light Christian Residential Academy
About this campaign
Let There Be Light exists to restore vulnerable children unto Christ and reveal His love to them.
In St. Elizabeth Parish, that means responding to what Hurricane Melissa left behind: students entering their CSEC exam year with real gaps in what they were taught, through no fault of their own. This fall, students will receive small-group tutoring, a mentor paired with them for the year, a meal at every session, and support to process what the hurricane took. Free, for every family we're able to serve.
It also means building further. Your gift funds this fall's tutoring program now, and lays ground for Let There Be Light Christian Residential Academy, land, campus development, and the systems needed to welcome our first residential students.
One gift. Two real things. It builds: a school year restored for a child right now, and a permanent home for the mission ahead.
Their destinies shouldn't be impacted negatively because of the hurricane. God has already prepared everything this work needs. This is what it looks like to go find it.
