As Recovery Advocates we reduce the suffering that stems from navigating a difficult healthcare system to find professional mental health services.
As fascilitators of Recovery Cohorts we reduce the suffering that accompanies isolation as a result of mental health challenges.
And as Mental Health First Aid trainers and we reduce the suffering of those that enter the door of our churches seeking help and understanding.
