MAIN DESCRIPTION
Every child deserves the chance to compete, grow, and be seen — regardless of their zip code or their family’s income. Run It Elite Youth Organization was built on that belief.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving young athletes across the DMV — Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia — with a mission that goes far beyond wins and losses. We develop the whole athlete: mind, body, and character. Through competitive travel sports, structured academic support, and mentorship, we give kids from underserved communities the tools to succeed on the court, in the classroom, and in life.
What your donation funds:
Elite Athletic Development — We provide access to professional coaching, skills training, and competitive travel team programs across multiple sports. For many of our athletes, Run It Elite is the only path to the kind of elite exposure that opens doors to college scholarships and lifelong opportunity.
Tournament & Travel Costs — Competing at the highest level costs money. Entry fees, travel, lodging, and equipment add up fast. Your donation ensures that a family’s financial situation never becomes the reason a talented kid sits on the sideline.
Uniforms & Gear — Every athlete who puts on a Run It Elite uniform feels the pride of belonging to something bigger than themselves. We make sure no child has to show up without what they need to compete.
Academic Support — We believe athletic excellence and academic achievement go hand in hand. We support our athletes with tutoring resources, study accountability, and a culture that demands greatness in the classroom just as much as on the court.
After-School Programming — Our school pickup and after-school training program keeps kids engaged, off the streets, and in a structured environment during the critical hours between school and home. For working families, this is more than convenience — it is peace of mind.
Community Access — Through open training sessions and community events, we open our doors to any athlete who wants to develop, regardless of whether they are on our roster. We believe in building up the entire community, not just our team.
IMPACT STATEMENT
One donation does not just fund a practice. It funds a kid who starts believing they belong in rooms they have never been in before. It funds a first-generation college athlete. It funds a community that sees itself differently because one organization refused to lower the bar.
