About this campaign
Teimah Records is a new label that brings artists together to record and release Jewish music with a deep reverence for life, in all of its cycles and seasons. Teimah (תימה) means “awe” or “wonder” in Aramaic. We envision a world with beautiful, collaborative, liberatory music and music-making that supports a thriving future for all.
Your support in this first year of Teimah’s existence will make this project possible!
In 2026/2027, your gifts will support:
- Supporting, releasing, and promoting our first two albums – Ahavat Hadassah by Anat Halevy Hochberg, and Ana Elech by Yedid Shapiro
- Building out our website & social media to reach listeners
- Visioning and connecting with Jewish musicians and listeners to dream big about the collective power of beautiful and justice-driven Jewish music
Your donation will help us to support artists in the full lifecycle of creating their albums, from conception to release. And it will bring listeners new Jewish music that can be woven between synagogues and the protests, song circles and concerts, and life’s big and small moments.
