SWIPE UP is a Southern Gothic horror-comedy about five college women pulled into a deadly sorority game and viral reality competition engineered to exploit their trauma for content — and what happens when they stop competing against each other, join forces, and have the last word.
Set on the picture-perfect campus of Southern University, the film follows SHAN PARK, a first-year aching for belonging, as she's drawn into "Campus Queens" — a public-shaming leaderboard posing as feminist reckoning against the school's untouchable fraternity boys. As the game escalates and the audience grows hungrier, exposure turns lethal. Beneath the sorority's polished surface lies a conspiracy connecting the mayor's office, the university's most powerful men, and a brutal secret buried in 2003 that reaches into Shan's own family history. The cultural norms and power structures that silenced and exploited women then never disappeared — they evolved. They live in our institutions, in the audience's hunger for content, and in every system that normalizes harm so thoroughly that no one can escape complicity.
For fans of A Promising Young Woman, Heathers, Ready or Not, and Get Out — fierce, female-driven, and timely.

Why Now:
We are living in a cultural flashpoint. Women are done staying quiet. Survivors are disbelieved and retraumatized by the very systems meant to protect them. And a generation raised on social media is learning that virality and justice are not the same thing.
SWIPE UP is Horror for Good, genre cinema built for social change. Alongside the film, the SWIPE UP SIS (social impact strategy) Team is developing partnerships with youth leaders, sororities, academics, and local and national organizations to take the film's themes off the screen: campus screenings and panels, storytelling activations, direct action pop-ups, and advocacy campaigns connecting audiences to how they make real change in their communities.
Your contribution directly supports SWIPE UP's production - making the vision, voice and urgency of this story whose moment is now REAL, and the comprehensive social impact strategy being built to SAY WHAT NEEDS TO BE SAID OUT LOUD- THIS IS NOT OK!, sharing women' s stories, and taking collective action.
SWIPE UP is a fiscally sponsored project of Entertainment 2 Affect Change (EIN: 46-2660255). All donations are tax-deductible.
