The Firefly Youth Experience - Carson City Teen Festival

✨ FIREFLY EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is made between:

Firefly World / Firefly Gives
Represented by: Farah Mitha
(“Provider”)

AND

Masada Community Mental Health Services
Represented by: Sonia Markray
(“Client”)

2. EVENT DETAILS
Event: Carson City Teen Festival
Date: July 31, 2026
Program: The Firefly Youth Experience (Keynote Concert + Workshop)
Location: Carson Community Center (or designated venue)
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider agrees to deliver a customized Firefly Youth Experience, including:

Live immersive keynote concert featuring professional performers
Interactive workshop session
Customized content tailored to the event and audience
Professional sound support (as needed)
Pre-event preparation and rehearsals
On-site setup, soundcheck, and teardown
Promotional support and takeaway materials (as applicable)

As outlined in the proposal provided .

4. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
Total Investment: $10,000 USD
Deposit: $5,000 USD due upon signing this Agreement
Remaining Balance: $5,000 USD due within 7 days following the event

Payment secures the date and confirms booking.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to provide:

A suitable stage and performance space
Access to basic venue infrastructure (power, space, etc.)
Coordination with venue staff for setup and timing
Any existing in-house sound system (if available)
6. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Provider agrees to:

Supply all additional audio equipment not available at the venue
Deliver the experience at a high professional standard
Carry appropriate liability insurance coverage
Coordinate with the Client on scheduling, logistics, and technical needs
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the date and preparation
If the Client cancels within 30 days of the event, the full balance may be due
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to reschedule
8. LIABILITY

Firefly World / Firefly Gives maintains liability insurance for the delivery of its services. Each party agrees to be responsible for their own negligence and operations.

9. MEDIA & PROMOTION

Provider may capture and use photos/videos from the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.

10. AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties.
