Help Build The Purpose Place: A Safe Place to Transition, Grow & Thrive

The Purpose Place, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization preparing to provide safe, stable transitional housing and comprehensive support for young women transitioning from foster care into independent adulthood.

For many young women, aging out of foster care can mean entering adulthood without the stable housing, consistent guidance, financial resources, and support system that many young adults rely on as they begin building their futures. The Purpose Place is being created to help bridge that gap.

Our planned transitional living program will serve young women ages 18–22 in a safe, structured, and supportive home environment. Residents will have access to individualized support and programming focused on independent living skills, financial literacy, employment and educational advancement, transportation assistance, personal development, housing stability, and connections to community and mental health resources.

Through our Resident Empowerment Curriculum, including our signature Professional Presence Academy, residents will also have opportunities to strengthen the practical, personal, and professional skills needed to confidently navigate adulthood and the workplace.

Our commitment does not end when a resident leaves the home. The Purpose Place plans to provide extended resource access and aftercare support for young women ages 22–24 as they continue building stability and independence.

Our First Goal: $50,000
Help us take the next major step toward opening The Purpose Place. Our first fundraising goal is $50,000 to help support critical pre-opening needs as we prepare to welcome young women transitioning from foster care.

Your support can help us prepare a safe and welcoming residential environment, develop programming, obtain essential furnishings and equipment, strengthen safety and operational readiness, and build the foundation needed to open our doors.

Every contribution—large or small—moves The Purpose Place closer to the day when a young woman transitioning from foster care can walk through our doors and know she has a safe place to live, people committed to her success, and resources to help her move forward.

We are not simply preparing a house. We are building a place where young women can gain stability, discover their strengths, develop the tools for independence, and prepare for the next chapter of their lives with purpose.
