Help Us Build a Private Healing Space for Our Community Health Center
At Salud Para Todos Caribe, we provide free, integrative healthcare to underserved Indigenous, Afro-descendant, and migrant communities in Talamanca, Costa Rica. We believe that holistic medicine is a human right, and that everyone should have the same options when it comes to their healthcare. We combine modern integrative services with the rich traditional knowledge local to the southern Caribbean.
This March, we are breaking ground on our community health clinic, and we couldn't be more excited. We're only missing the funds for one key component in this first round of construction: a private consult space.
This space will measure 10 square meters (it can be split into two consult spaces, when needed), with doors that close, and will allow us to provide essential services requiring more privacy, such as mental health consultations, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
We are asking you to donate a square meter to help fund this vital space. Your support will directly contribute to a healing environment where people feel safe, heard, and treated with the empathy and compassion that everyone deserves.
