Overview
Fun Raising is an uplifting, reality-style makeover series that gives underfunded nonprofits the one thing they desperately need but rarely get: fresh ideas, expert support, and a show-stopping fundraiser that transforms their ability to serve their communities.
At a time when government funding is disappearing and public need is growing, this series shows how grassroots action, creativity, and collective generosity can change lives.
The Format
Each 43-minute episode follows a nonprofit through a three-act transformation:
Act I: Meet the Mission
We’re introduced to a nonprofit making a real difference but struggling with resources. We learn who they are, what they do, and why funding is critical right now.
Act II: The Makeover
A host and a team of experts move in to reimagine the organization’s fundraising strategy. They brainstorm a creative, high-energy fundraising idea and provide hands-on coaching and support.
Act III: The Big Event
A one-of-a-kind fundraiser comes to life. We see the community show up, the dollars add up, and the organization’s mission amplified. Once the episode airs, viewers can contribute directly via QR code or hotline.
The result: immediate impact, long-term supporters, and an emotional payoff that keeps viewers coming back.
