Every day, capable individuals walk into interviews carrying years of experience, strong work ethics, and valuable skills—but leave without an opportunity because they were never taught how to tell their story.
RISE exists to change that.
We're building a community-driven program that helps individuals prepare for interviews, practice with real professionals, receive honest feedback, and connect with leaders who can help them grow. Through assessments, coaching, mock interviews, educational resources, and community partnerships, RISE helps people develop the confidence and skills needed to pursue meaningful employment opportunities.
