About this campaign
Just $1 a day will provide 250 people with a banana each month thanks to our generous donation matching partner, Chad Hopkins. Beyond the sustenance from a banana, we pray for the people we give produce and share the Good News and Word of God with them. We believe that over time, this will transform on the communities we serve - beginning right here in the Tenderloin in San Francisco.
In memory of Shirly Raines, we plan to expand operations to Downtown LA, including Skid Row - the area with the highest homelesness rate in the entire US and where she was well known for considerably helping the disenfranchised.
