Melting Spots is a collection of 38 “bite-sized'' audio stories that feature immigrant chefs, restaurants, and dishes that are uniquely San Francisco — from Gold Rush saloons and the origins of sourdough to Rice-a-Roni and an Instagram pop-up that became the city’s only Malaysian restaurant.
