This is an important moment for SFIW. After 10 years in relationship with this land and 5 years of consistent programming, we’re taking a big step: establishing a nonprofit and investing in what’s needed to sustain this work for the long term.

Your contribution helps bridge us into the next season—supporting ongoing land care, critical infrastructure, and the programs that bring this place to life.

Your gift will support:

• Maintenance of essential infrastructure: roads, water systems, and site utilities
• Preparation for upcoming programs: ATTUNE and Fire Affects
• Operations and site support for botánika, a Black prayer farm hosted at SFIW
• Organic food production and distribution in partnership with the Kashia Cultural Department and Stewarts Point Rancheria
• Bridge compensation for 5 core staff and continued prescribed fire, rotational grazing, and ecological stewardship
