Secure Your Retreat Waitlist Spot

We are offering a limited number of public-facing retreats this year—only 2–4 total, each capped at 12 participants to preserve depth, care, and group coherence.

This campaign allows you to submit a 50% deposit to secure a priority waitlist position for an upcoming Zhēn Institute retreat. Placing a deposit does not guarantee a specific date yet, but it ensures:

• Priority access to retreat invitations that you requested via waitlist form
• Early communication as dates and locations are finalized
• A reserved place as spots are released to the public

These retreats are intentionally small and carefully held. Capacity is limited by design.

For Hosts & Private Circles

If you have an existing community, leadership team, or close circle you’d like to bring together, you may also inquire about hosting a private retreat. Hosted retreats are co-designed and can be tailored to your group’s context, goals, and timing.

Deposits are applied toward the total retreat cost
If you are unable to attend available dates, your deposit can be transferred to a future retreat or converted into a credit (details shared upon confirmation)
Scholarship support may be limited and is assessed separately
